How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your cart. Once you're ready, click checkout and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- COD (Cash on Delivery – Pakistan only)
- Bank transfer
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since every dress at UNSFORALL is handmade from scratch, we require full payment in advance. Your payment is fully refundable only within the first 2 hours after placing your order.
After that window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. For urgent changes, please contact us immediately at [shopatuns@gmail.com] or via Instagram DM.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We ship across Pakistan and offer international shipping to select countries.
What are your delivery times?
Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 20–25 days from the date of payment. Flat rate or free shipping may apply based on order value.
International: Delivery also takes 20–25 days, depending on destination. Charges vary by location.
How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order, it enters our made-to-order production queue.
Your order will be delivered within 20–25 days from the date of payment.
Once your item is ready, it is shipped via TCS or MNP, and a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email so you can follow its journey
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for sizing or product issues. The product must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Tags intact
- Sent with original packaging
Do you offer refunds?
Because each piece is custom handmade from scratch, we only offer refunds within the first 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or we are unable to fulfill the order. Please make sure to review your size, color, and details carefully before placing an order.
How do I request a return or exchange?

Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every UNSFORALL item is 100% handmade by local artisans — no digital prints or mass production.
How do I choose the right size?

Will the color match what I see online?
We try our best to photograph in natural light, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
How do I wash/maintain my UNSFORALL pieces?
We recommend:
Dry Clean Only.
Each item includes specific care instructions on the tag.
