EXCHANGE POLICY

At UNSFORALL, every piece is handcrafted to order, which means it is made from scratch after your order is placed. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and your satisfaction is important to us.

Can I Exchange My Order?

We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered. (Does not include difference in color; refer to terms and conditions prior to ordering or on items approved via pre-dispatch photos)

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at shopatuns@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Note:
We do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing errors (please contact the Instagram team/Whatsapp team to see the size guide), or custom requirements after the order is placed.

We offer No refunds/exchanges on items approved via pre-dispatch photos

Additionally incase of a state of war, we cannot be held accountable for unfulfillment of an order. Advances paid are non refundable.Β 


Do You Offer Refunds?

As each item is handmade just for you, we can only offer full refunds within the first 2 hours of placing your order.
After that, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill your order.(Does not apply to situations of war)

  • If your item arrives defective and cannot be replaced, a full refund or store credit may be offered after inspection.

  • No refunds/exchanges on items approved via pre-dispatch photos

How Long Does Production & Delivery Take?

Your order will be delivered within 35-40 working days from the date of payment.

A tracking number will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.


Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After this window, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Custom orders or altered items

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery

  • Size related issues; please get in touch with the Instagram/Whatsapp team to view the size chart.Β
