EXCHANGE POLICY
At UNSFORALL, every piece is handcrafted to order, which means it is made from scratch after your order is placed. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and your satisfaction is important to us.
Can I Exchange My Order?
We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:

The item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at shopatuns@gmail.com or via Instagram DM.

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Note:
We do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing errors, or custom requirements after the order is placed.
Do You Offer Refunds?
As each item is handmade just for you, we can only offer full refunds within the first 2 hours of placing your order.
After that, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Exceptions:

Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill your order.

If your item arrives defective and cannot be replaced, a full refund or store credit may be offered after inspection.
How Long Does Production & Delivery Take?
Your order will be delivered within 20β25 days from the date of payment.
A tracking number will be shared via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this window, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
