- Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the top of your back.
- Chest: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually about 7-9 inches below your natural waistline.
- Shirt Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder, near the neck, down to the desired length of the shirt.
- Sleeves: Measure from the edge of your shoulder down to your wrist, with your arm slightly bent.
