• Chest: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug.
• Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually about 7-9 inches below your natural waistline.
• Shirt Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder, near the neck, down to the desired length of the shirt.
• Sleeves: Measure from the edge of your shoulder down to your wrist, with your arm slightly bent.
• Pants Length: Measure from the top of your waistband down to the bottom hem of the pants.

In exceptional circumstances where a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 2 days of receipt. Garment Care & Longevity

To ensure your handcrafted pieces remain as exquisite as the day they arrived, please follow these specialized care guidelines:

Professional Cleaning Only: Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our garments and intricate embellishments, they must not be hand-washed or machine-washed. We strictly recommend dry cleaning only.

Storage: When not in use, please store your garment in the provided protective bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, dust, and moisture to prevent oxidation of the metalwork.

Fragrance Application: Avoid spraying perfumes, hairsprays, or deodorants directly onto the fabric or embroidery, as the chemicals can tarnish the hand-worked details.

Handling: Handle with care to avoid snagging the delicate threads and crystals.

Please note that once a product has been delivered, the responsibility for its ongoing care lies with the customer.
